Institutional onboarding
Prepare a university or organisation for managed OpenStudios access. Link an existing licence agreement, configure approved integration identifiers and process registered-user rosters.
Roster synchronisation
Upload a CSV containing email and status. Only email addresses belonging to registered OpenStudios accounts can receive or lose access.
Required file format
The first row must contain email,status. Use one person per row and save the file as CSV.
Assign access: active, enrolled or current
Release access: left, inactive, graduated or withdrawn

Review the preview carefully. Applying the roster changes institutional access immediately.
Applied Learning module plan
Control access to the Industry Challenge Hub and institutional evidence workflows separately from the core OpenStudios licence.
The institution has core OpenStudios access without the Industry Challenge Hub.
Partner invitations
Invite approved industry partners, mentors or academics. Each secure invitation is tied to the recipient’s email and expires automatically.
Canvas LTI readiness
Prepare the public Canvas identifiers and approval checklist. OpenStudios will not activate an LTI connection until the institution supplies approved deployment details and completes its security review.
